Hi Adreamer, From what you say about your chats with Michael it sounds safe to say that "burn out" is not the problem that Michael is suffering from but more just a case of frustration with the BoD? I'm not trying to put words into your mouth here, just my take on it.

Most will have read my earlier posts re Michael leaving, the Hub going into "private" lockdown, and the lack of communication in general from the BoD so this uprising of the SHs is a breath of fresh air. I must admit that I had assumed that the bigger holders were being subtlety kept in the loop and that it was just the "smaller" holders which were being treated as mushrooms. To hear now that many top 20 holders and even@RAN58 are frustrated by the way things are being run makes me feel in good company.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the BoD reacts to this turn of events. I wonder if they still think that no one reads HC.
