perhaps it will help that aspect a little dave
but most businesses are based in cities because of proximity to "old world" infrastructure
i.e. roads, workforce, ports
these were the reasons many businesses congregated around cities before the internet even existed and will likely be the same for most businesses in the future.
I don't think better communications is what is stopping many businesses moving to rural areas.
