What do you mean granted tenure? They already hold the tenements.
They can submit the POW while the heritage survey is being completed. I’d expect they have already submitted the POW’s for their programs. They just can’t start drilling until both the POW and heritage survey are approved. Drill rigs could be there drilling the next day. I’d also expect RDN to have a drilling company on standby. IMHO drilling later this month or June is possible.
