Personally speaking, the worst one could be the realtek announcement, as realtek have never acknowledged or announced anywhere that they are making a chipset with Nuheara tech for realtek to mass sell . It has always seemed very strange to me, that the money paid to Nuheara for shares and a secured loan has been spent back the way with Realtek. If realtek were really in the game for the tech, they would do the chip for zero in my opinion, put it as a standard release on their existing chips and just pay Nuheara a license fee. Why do Nuheara need there own chipset, in short they dont, as you can use anyones, so why spent 6 mill on something you dont need to have, its all very strange indeed.
