Getting the company for $2.5m? i doubt it. Clearly you haven't added up all their investment. Math doesn't appear to be a strong point.
Its not cheaper at all. Its a very expensive and messy way to go about it with no guarantee of acquiring anything.
And there are some quite deep pockets around.
Its baffling why someone would waste such time on something that is of no consequence. But we both know what thats about.
