If GG is in with SI to obtain a 25% blocking vote then he's pretty much done when he gets to 18%.
If he stops there - all good.
Beyond that, and get to 19.99% and I'm looking for a statement.
I don't think he will have anywhere near the funds for a SOA - so maybe the 3% creep may come into play.
I've asked before but nobody answered - what makes people think GG is besties with SI and is a 'white knight' grabbing a blocking stake, rather than a vessel for a TO?
I've seen lots of people hoping that's the case - all LTH - but nobody giving any reasons to think it maybe true.
If LTH's can chime in, that would be great.
