the project was handed to Red Energy/Snowy Hydro Energy to construct. Govt made the project and left it to the business to fulfil.
this was the problem under the Libs with Taylor appointing a CEO who had no experience, no knowledge and no ability.
this current problem is different as the CEO now in place has a skill set and history to qualify as CEO. I'll await more information before deciding on criticism.
