Just being realistic about it.
Historically they have generally had good results not all.
They have actually had a negative result before though.
They have also nearly always taken far longer than stated to achieve tasks.
Sometimes a Year longer for results to be announced than stated.
Surely they could be a bit more accurate with their timelines.
Will all Three Phase II Trial Results be out this Year?
I am not so sure anymore.
Anyhow historically it has done this many times before as well.
Make a statement price goes up,
Miss a deadline price goes down,
Raise at a discount at an already reduced SP,
Rather than raising when sentiment and SP is higher.
It does not seem that they are too worried about the SP,
Or raises could have been done at a higher price with less dilution,
just by picking better times to do so,
With some thought of the Shareholders, the SP, and minimising dilution.
Is Big Pharma just wasting their time?
