and later:

Confirms my earlier assertion that posted merely moderating posts into a CCC (which is all I've ever done as I'm very upbeat on this stock) risks the odium of the faithful.

And that latter comment is as close as I've come to making a TOU complaint. You may think it's clever but a similar comment directed in the other direction would have been instantly TOU'd, of that I'm certain.
