No doubt the US could service/upgrade Indian Nukes but of course Uncle Sam has always the "Trojan Horse" to smuggle in other prerequisites .
I gave the example previously of Wall St/US Treasury requirements when Keating attempted to float the AUD; that is we had to sell off our SOEs including the Comm Bank of which US investors own the lions share now (and dont mention CSL ....it even has a Yankee CEO now!) That's the form that US Neo-Colonialism has taken since WW2.
As others have astutely commented on this thread, the US Corporations/ hedge funds are primed for the kill in the Ukraine once the rebuild begins . Its the 2nd phase of war benefits ...the first being arms sales.
