    I might have been (minus Crimea/DPR/LPR) in Feb 2022. Unfortunately things have changed and I doubt Russia will agree to the loss of it's new territories.
    I also have issues with Kyiv regime refusing negotiations, and then going to it's external powers to decide, without Russia being involved. It seems very novel and childish.
