I do not know why patches do not to be stored without refrigeration- but it is likely to be due the phosphorylisation process- I do agree this should be a major discussion point - as it is an incredible breakthrough.

The clear implication here is TPM Vaccs of the future will not need refrigerated storage. Im sure this has also been mentioned in POH presemtations regards Insulin and TPM opiods in the POH pipeline.
