re: your comment about the CTP sp and the entitlement offer, very much the same of the AAM offer done recently.

look what happened to the reits during the GFC the price driven down to low share prices so the insto's could pick up a truck load and then ride the so called rebound, not complaining as i made up for a large % of my losses riding on the back of this.

IMO
The insto's don't like to see the retail get something for a discount so they make the company pay by putting the share price under stress.
PLV have a number of insto's on the registar so a rights issue would be very very risky indeed.

Unfortunatly when it comes to rasing money and with a few insto's on board then prehaps a placement with this insto's is in the best interest of all shareholders.
