How could the highly intelligent people of NOAA have failed to mention/acknowledge that the potential contribution of the lands movement (up or down) in relation to the ocean height?
Surely they understand the principles of continental drift and tectonic plate rotation?
Perhaps they have separate departments who understand this but they are feuding with the Water Boys?
