MSB which is going to apply for FDA PH3 (proposed Phase 3) has a Market CAP of nearly $1.3billion and has no proof of concept unlike SOFDRA, A Re-rate was always on the cards, BOT is going >>$1.0billion++ and quick. Could also be another pharma hoovering up shares on the free float in prep for a takeover bid....this certainly isnt retail buying...
