    We are already ripped off by about 35% as at the time of announced agreement PSC shares were only $0.08 and $1mil would have been 12.5mil shares instead of 8.3mil .... wonder if orpheous management, particularly past have "conflict of interest" in this deal or other connections to it ?!? Just asking, not suggesting anything.
