Unfortunately, that is very likely in the short term. This last few months has been an eye opener in just how screwed up the market is in the small cap space. I can to a certain extent understand the negative sentiment caused by the delay in PPSA which has resulted in funding risk and a likely heavy dilution possibility for existing holders. But once we are successfully past this point, which hopefully happens by the beginning of July (taking into account that there will also be tax loss selling), and once the leases are extended for another few years, then the Market Cap / SP should be more reflective of the reality on the ground.
