Just to prove my point. I've just had a look at the latest (13th October) annual report. In the latest year, Andrew Forrest received salary, bonus AND superannuation payments.

Total amount; $116,998

Oh, and FMG is now the best performing stock ever in Australia in terms of capital appreciation.

I maintain my argument that ANY director who receives multi-million payouts is simply not worth it, and worse, it clouds his judgement of reality.
