Capricorn has been rumoured to want to own the IP for Caplink in the past. Who knows maybe this has been Floates long term plan. Lock in high paying salary. Get Cap in cornerstone investor. Let them buy in again in another years time with a Cap raise. The rest they purchase on market to own a majority share. He then dumps on market with his pals and cashes in and starts another similar fintech under a new pty ltd. Funny thing is you wouldn’t put it past them all after what’s occurred to date with missed targets, lies/dodgy dealings & circumstances.
