Whilst a company is in its infancy, Directors leaving "office work to the the office staff" may not be an option, as they wish to keep overheads down.
As Joe said, I am sure these guys can prioritise what is important or not and allocate their time. I mean, for all you know, these guys are turning up at 7am and leaving at 8pm to get the job done.
Poor performance to critise from the sidelines. I would love these guys to be running 100% of the companies I invest in.
