Better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick. Will preserve some of that already small cash balance. Cheaper to push ahead with Hawestone than VIC too.
No doubt they are hoping they hit something decent in those few shallow RC holes or the 800m deep hole, to give them something to build a business strategy around and pull them out of this disastorous predicament. Agree that divesting or JV of VIC projects seems a decent probability.
