FYI @timmsy anyone that looks at that package out of context and says it's a lot of money as a reward IS DELUSIONAL .......

- $19000 - $4000 = $15000
- $15000 x 1.51 = $22,650
- $22,650 x 20,000 = $453,000,000
- $453,000,000 is the 5 year EBITDA that we gained for $0

What salary he gets now is for the future after the fact and there at least 12-15 deals that I can think of that still need doing .

All of what you've stated is a drop in the ocean so stop complaining if we give more performance rights because he turns that EBITDA into $1,132,500,000 over 5 years and this is just for Lithium at one plant only .

So yeah why wouldn't we reward him with more and yeah if you don't agree then your stingy deal with it .
