I doubt this mob will ever sell anything. My opinion is they are just hanging on to the land, ready to sell to the highest bidder if / when things improve. They won't have the time or finances to keep up with their competitors. The little communication we have received is, in my opinion, just all smoke and mirrors to keep us dummies interested until they can offload to a keen buyer.
