Iggy is simply visiting his old stomping ground.
He was involved in the build of the Jiangsu Li Carb refinery back in the day with Galaxy......Eyes open for any modifications, improvements and/or efficiencies since the original build and gets info on Jiangsu's competitors in the LiCarb conversion space.
LU7 is a Galaxy 2.0 but located in Canada.
The Chinese may want to invest in Canada - they just won't get a controlling interest.
