Wow where do I start
- I agree there's some substandard management that don't achieve goals however I don't think that's the case here .
- I don't think being tat has anything to do with it if anything I think eye-candy management IMHO actually are the boat anchors .
- salaries are high these days especially in AUS because the talent po is so bad labour markets aren't great atm - to highlight this my own employer is offering me $10k if I refer someone into a technical role and they stay 6 months minimum .
- I think ASN management meet your description for salary plus incentives in a reasonable manner some other lithium hopefuls maybe not .
- goals have been achieved and therefore rewards are now handed out .
