The Thiess sell down would be the one to watch... post this transaction MYE will be net cash of $25m.
M1's incremental cash required to purchase the other 50% of MYE (at 30% premium) after incorporating the net cash amount will be minimal i.e. c$25m to $30m.
If you add in a couple of strong cash flow qtrs then it will be free in a short while....
