A 2nd strike may get up, but a spill at the AGM will fail.
BRN is canvassing all the funds (including Super funds holding retail accounts) to ensure they vote by proxy with a NO to a spill. Together with large retail, that should easily be enough.
A 2nd strike needs more than 25%, whereas a spill needs more than 50% to succeed. Huge difference.
