ET's been posting quite a bit on rules & triggers. I haven't reconciled all of them.
He's possibly referring to this Guidance extract from FIRB Guidance #7 - Business Interests:
The United States of America is one of those free trade agreement partners, & the G to the Fourth corporation is domiciled there. However, Dr George himself is apparently domiciled in the Bahamas, & there's no FTA there, so the $310million holding would probably apply to him personally. And while that's going on, the kids who are beneficiaries of the family trust arrangement live in Florida. So...who knows, eh?
What I do know is that Dr George's actions to date appear, to me, to be supportive of what the Board is trying to achieve.
So, all good as I see it.
