If DOM are back on track to lift production to 120000oz, as per latest company guidance, if Reserve Resource figures are to be upgraded as per latest company guidance, then there is no way they can justify handing the company over so such a measly price.

If DOM company guidance is not correct I cant imagine KCN being interested at any price.

Something stinks about the whole deal.

I particularly do not like this bit:
