    Hi Expert

    Welcome to the CCC thread!

Happy to throw in my 8.2cents worth:

The really answer that question, you would have to ring every single person who sold today and ask them why they did. So basically anything we theorize about who is selling is merely conjecture. Here are some possibilities.

    1) Day traders trying to ride the wave up for maximum reward. Buying and selling in and out all day. Very profitable if you know what you are doing, but most don't make money so careful with that caper. You are also up against some big money playing that game. For more information check out FunkyMonks earlier posts, he has some of the principals of this down really well - but BE CAREFUL.

    2) Stale holders (have been in for a long time) or SI investors selling out their allocation as you stated. You are correct they must be running pretty thin at this point.

    3) People who bought in this morning and thought something was going to happen (e.g. broker reports) and now getting out as they don't think it will happen today. They will be back next week.

    4) Trading Bots trying to drag the price lower to gain a cheaper entry

    5) Serious holders who have seen a better deal somewhere else (I sold a portion of my CCCO's for this very reason yesterday, but will be back in next week) - the D&D report was mentioned in reference to another stock and I think that is accurate (CCC is a D&D report core holding - great report by the way WELL worth the money IMO)

    6) T+3 holders, and traders who exit on Fridays selling out with their profits from earlier this week

    7) Sellers who need the money for something else outside of the market, purchase, tax etc.

    8) People who have purchased at around 4c and selling half of their holding to free carry

    9) Other traders who have hit a specific sell target and are cashing in, or even (unlikely today) traders who have a stop loss triggered.

    Etc...

As you can see there are plenty of possibilities and always reasons for all the sellers. Makes great opportunities for buyers who can see the future potential.

I hope that is helpful for you or anyone else. Anyone have any other ideas?
