Ukraine has been suffering from russ bombardment which is not discriminatory at all but escalation only ever seems to work one way in russias book .....the Kerch bridge is a legit strategic target and russ have facotored in the demise already by building that new souther railway
but tactical nukes - would be a huge escalation with big consequences - Biden admin have already (privately) advised russia of what the consequences would be but Europe would be reacting to it too ......boots on ground highly likely .....so while putin would love to , he can't afford to he risks drawing the whole of NATO or enough of them into direct conflict and no way in their weakened state can russia handle that
but putin still uses nuclear blackmail ..... a sign of weakness that he NEEDS to do that
