The government could possibly keep 'delaying'.. but this is where - like the Rainbow Parties and their Crying Banshees..... BPH must decide when to start rattling the cage with the FEDs. U can not keep this going ad nauseam... there has been a Court Order.. and like all governments they must do their deliberation/assessment and whatever else - in a timely manner. WHAT is a timely manner??? That is for BPH to decide. But I would say we are beyond sitting on our hands and waiting like good little plebs! This time delay is costing real $$$$ and the govt has a 'duty' to be fair and equitable in all its functions - as a responsible/civilised and FIRST WORLD - Australian!!!! - Government!
