I got a phone call from Avita today asking me if I'd voted yet & did I intend to. They said something to do with a certain percentage of holders need to vote or the company incurs extra expenses. No idea what that's about.
Have to say I wasn't happy to hear that vote's have to be in before May 30th which is a fairly significant day in the calendar!!
