In the use case you are describing it would be about transferring more of the right patients directly to a stroke centre ie skipping the nearest hospital and directly to an angiogram suite. They will still have advanced imaging (CTA CTP) to guide the clot removal surgery if suitable. At large hospitals there are then ICU and neuro ward monitoring opportunities (as you mentioned). All of this can be seen in the presentation slide below.
