The real question is how HHR will finance a new venture. Last they (ANA) went to a prolonged trading halt and then formed new legal entity HHR. If they do the same here we will see either dumping of shares or an OTC to RRE of main holders shares.

If let's say the relationship to RRE/Aviro has gone sour, then HHR will probably look for ways to form new alliance/JV. It makes no sense what so ever to stop Phase 1, and if it is true they halt Phase 1 because of an expected Labour win, then why would they accept new blocks? Labour likely wins, and if history repeats then politicians get a more realistic view of the world after they get elected leading to more sane approach to local energy security.

Will HHR sell out to RRE for the ongoing project and form new venture? Will they keep both RRE and a new potential JV/partner or will they maintain relationship with RRE? If the latter then we may have grounds for boosting the SP, if the other options come to play then it is back at the roulette.

In any event we first need to see HHR accept the awards. Then I will keep an eye out for Bell Potter's projection. They seem to have ears on the ground. For now they target 3c I believe.
