If you are referring to PEP11 - the Court has done PLENTY - albeit it was a Consent Order. It was about to be litigated infront of the judge - when the parties decided to come to an agreement.

Generally - your argument about courts/little guys - i would agree with 100%

BUT PEP11 has already been to court and the consent order tells the Govt what is to be done. UNFORTUNATELY - no one included a 'time clause'. So.. it is up to PEP11 to decide how long it is going to wait - patiently with cap in hand - AND when will it start rattling the cage.

As for future LEGAL actions - thats in the hands of PEP11 and their legal eagles.

ALL WE want is a decision. and IMO that should be an APPROVAL!!!
