From last Thursday, I recorded he got 58 514 shares extra. By yesterday ending, he stated he got 116, 080 shares extra on the 3Y notice. It means he gained 57, 566 shares from last Thursday to the end of yesterday, Monday 6th of May.
As Borg reported, there was 120 k of volumes on sale yesterday in 2 transactions (60 k + volumes each) and I checked the register and it doesn't belong to anyone that has that exactly figure numbers. So, my observation is that it has to come out from a bigger account, for example, an institutional nominee's account.
What a coincidence that there was a sale of 120 k volume on the market yesterday, and by today, the 3Y notice published huh?
Regardless of the coincidence, the way I read it to be, yes, RG has gained 116, 080, BUT since Thursday to Yesterday, 6th of May (a 120 k volumes sold on the market incident), their off-market acceptance rate only increase by 57 566 shares from last Thursday.
I will try to check my list again soon, but in my opinion, and I think a lot of people up here agreed that this takeover scheme has been well planned and devised long before 13th September announcement last year, would every one agree on this?
And so, with the recent incident, is it truly a coincidence or a well devised plan again? Your call, but in my opinion, it is a trap and when it is a trap, don't get caught in it? Isn't it?
Just entirely my observation.
