    While we wait for the next big arbitration announcement, some light reading for anyone interested in understanding where this is heading.

    Spoiler alert. Another company has already set the precedence.

    Although, ETM will need to appeal the GoG decision before June 24, which is approximately 12 months time from the GoG official decision not to approve the mining license, as per the Mineral resources act.
