    "The latest CR seems have really broken some people."

    It hasn't broken us. How it was constructed and conducted, revealed cracks in the management.

    We all knew a CR was coming. We expected it but to be delivered one this poorly managed upset every single shareholder.

    If this is the best CR they could do, what kind of deals are they capable of delivering?
