The width of collapsed building in this image is easily the width of a main spar on a Boeing 757. Wingspan is a natch over 38m, and although it varies, the main spar is usually around 60% of this. The main spar is the stiff bit... Use one of the cranes for scale.
To be honest... I've never looked at any of this before. Just thought I would do a google and see what everyone on here is on about. Can't see much evidence of a conspiracy though...
