I think that is a big vote of confidence ..... puts whom ever very close to being in the top 20 share holders and I am sure that they would not have done that if they were not confident of the WDS take up of the option.
If we are going to need to raise capital ... then Shareholders might be the only ones who get an offer and this person might be covering their bases.
