DB can do nothing about the delay because the legislation does not specify time for the ja or minister.
The courts work with the law, no time, no decision at law.
Someone mentioned judge make decision, a judge can not say yes or no, only potentially send it back if a no.
Judges can only make decisions on law, not make up law.
That is what sux here, the legislation is open to unfair practices.
Bph is not the only one waiting, there are various applications at the ja for years.
