They only show potential to the extreme upside, when have they ever surprised the market by beating expectations? They've now put out a revenue potential target of 800m per annum FFS. X10 is 8b market cap. At least they mentioned Capricorn is going to take at least 10 years to pull off. I suspect it will be between that and 540 years based off of the Carpet Court rollout
period. It's the only real world data we have to work off of.

This came out I suspect so various "characters" could dump on Capricorn investment announcement. Remember this "the investment terms have been AGREED"? It was voted on during the AGM based off of what was presented. Then all of a sudden a full 180 occurred and the price went from 1.75 down to 1.1/1.2. A significant difference and not what was voted on......
