I can't see they'd announce it until it was signed unconditionally although there may well be a conditional agreement. The FDA could approve the dose but have other conditions for further trials that a potential partner might not like. My hope is for approval of the dose followed by a swift partnership announcement if not I suspect it will be a swift CR announcement unfortunately
