    Mode that's a reasonable point and one that I hang on to in the hope that something happens here.

    If we were to take the view that the ALP is delaying this decision until the next election why change the delegation and why make it public??

    So we know a few things from simple deduction.

    1. The NOPTA recommendation is YES. If it was No MK would have already made her call and no need to delegate decision making authority

    2. The fact that MK has delegated decision making authority suggests a decision is somewhere in the near future. If it was not why announce the delegation.

    3. A valid legal reason has not been found otherwise the permit would have already been denied.

    So with all that being said and if you accept those points, the only question that does not add up is now that Mr Ed has the authority why the continued delay.

    Is it because NSW are simply being pricks and refuse to provide the JA decision to Mr Ed, or is it something more sinister that we are missing.

    The delay makes absolutely no sense.
