The problem with that argument, is that the company could deliver without the need for a capital raisings, or the use of the loan facility that I suggested as part of prudent and competent management. Companies want their suppliers to have diligent and responsible financial management otherwise they become a risk.
Nobody in their right minds believes that DRO needs $160 M in cash and I am astonished that some shareholders are tolerant of unnecessary and imprudent dilutions.
