This is why I didn't consider selling for a quick 10% gain. I was fortunate with the timing when I purchased at a considerably lower price last November. I tripled my holding last week at $0.81, and if I sold the shares issued under the SPP, I would be stressed about not being able to buy them back at a lower price. I think we are just one announcement away from a significant jump in the share price.
With the SPP out of the way, what is the expectation for the share price now? Will tranche 2 of the Placement weigh down the share price, even though it is only offered to sophisticated, professional, and institutional investors?
