Interesting that the move to combo in the OASIS trial was dependent on achieving the RP2D based on various criteria including increased cytokines and decrease in tumour according to clinical trials.gov, ie that the naked CF33 was doing as hoped before moving to the combo. I wonder if that means the dose has reached 3e9 in the Vaxinia trial. I can’t find the dose escalation rate for oasis but I recall other posters had the numbers. Does anyone have that info? Cheers.
Is it wrong to assume that the above is not the case ..... I am not in anyway try to be argumentative I am just trying to get a better understanding from a layman's point of view
