I obviously understand all that - the Mali Govt is getting their move to the 2023 Mining Code plus their USD60m bribe (and a free Morilla Gold Mine to give their Russian masters) - to satisfy their objections. So we already had agreed to sell 5% to Ganfeng to pay the bribe...
Then we [separately] choose to sell out to Ganfeng on vendor finance (while we continue to help get the mine into production) at a huge discount to the value of the remaining 26% of a near-production/fully permitted massive lithium mine... It's this last step that I don't see the justification.
