I live in Sydney - in a not high-rise area - and my download speeds are 100 Mbps. I choose to pay $100pm to achieve same. I put to you that the Singapore speeds would be high-rise areas (and having lived in Seoul (not surveyed) its superb download speeds are high-rise based) and I'll bet quids that China's speeds are city-based (ie high-rise). What part of Chile was surveyed for its reported speeds - again, I'll bet the cheery-picked reports would be based on high-rise areas. As for the UAE - either high-rise or "desert" - you're hardly comparing apples-with-apples.
There are numbers, statistics, and lies - what are you quoting? And what "price-ranges" were involved.
